At Pursuant Health, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal and health-related information. To support the delivery of our services, we engage certain trusted third-party service providers, referred to as sub-processors, who may process data on our behalf.

What is a sub-processor?

A sub-processor is a third party engaged by Pursuant Health to process personal data or protected health information (PHI) on our behalf, in connection with providing our services to users, health plans, or enterprise clients.

How We Assess Sub-processors

Before engaging any sub-processor, Pursuant Health conducts a thorough evaluation of their privacy, security, and compliance practices. We also require each sub-processor to sign a data protection agreement that includes:

• Confidentiality obligations

• Security and incident response controls

• Data access limitations

• HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (where applicable)
